He is survived by: his wife Kelly P. Hall; his daughter Haley H.; his son-in-law Jeremiah McInturf of Newbern; his son Jason Hall of Newbern; his parents, Duane Hall and Charlotte Hall of Pulaski; his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Carrie Hall of Franklin, Tenn.; his sister Amanda; and his brother-in-law G. E. Midkiff of Pulaski. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
