He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Goolsby (Willie, Jr.), Jewel Stigger (Gabrielle Gonzalez) and Marcus Montgomery; his grandchildren, Josiah Jenkins and Jayceon Goolsby; his mother Frances Lilly Harvey; his siblings, Angela Conner, Silas E. and James L. Stigger; his aunt Laura Delapp; his nieces, Latoya, Christina, Raquel, Tamara and Whitney; and his nephew Eugene. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
