She was predeceased by: her parents, James Manns and Hattie Manns; her husband Ray Whitfield Lewis, Jr.; and her siblings, Andrew, James, Betty, Elizabeth, Christine and Lillian.
She is survived by: her son Michael Lewis of Dublin; her children-in-law, Carlotta Lewis of Dublin, Wanda Anderson of New River, James Anderson of New River, Jeannette Sheffey of New River and Joe Sheffey of New River; her grandchildren, Buffy, James, Jr., Janel, Jody, Richie and Cameron; her sisters, Flossie Brown of New River and Ava Pope of Greensboro, N. C.; and also, Charles Manns of New River, Caroline Manns of New River and John Manns of New River.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Adult Daycare Center in Dublin.
