He is survived by: his wife Diane Devinney Garland; his daughters, Melissa Graham (Cliff), Baley Brady (Stephen) and Lindsey Surmanek (Jasen); his brother Tim Garland; his brother-in-law Lee Hooks; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Andrew, Zackery, Carson and Abria.
