It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Micaela Genzmer of New Market, Virginia, who passed away on April 27, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Virginia Micaela farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Virginia Micaela is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her husband Rod; her daughter Diane Collier (Mark) of Bridgewater, VA; her grandchildren, Erica Collier of Watertown, MA, Ryan Collier (Whitney) of Bridgewater, VA and Marissa Fung (Ben) of Bridgewater, VA; her great grandchildren, Hailey and Brynn Collier; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Hudson (Doug) of Bremerton, WA and Roxie Woods (Dennis) of Roy, WA. She is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
