With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas William Good Jr. of New Market, Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Good (Tom) of Tenth Legion and Willie Strickler Good of New Market; and his sister Margaret Garret (Peggy) of Harrisonburg. He is survived by: his wife Judith Good of New Market; his sister Wanda Royston of Winchester; his children, Laura Abercrombie (Jason) of Knoxville, Jonathan Good (Julia) of Lexington and Adam Good of Tenth Legion; and his granddaughters, Ella and Vivian Abercrombie.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bethlehem Old Stone Church fund to support a restoration project to which Bill selflessly committed many working hours.
