She is survived by: her children, Sabrina Shifflett of Luray, Manda Norman of New Market and Bruce Waldron, Jr.; her siblings, Robert Hoover, Winchester, Orlando Hoover, Jr. (Dee) of Baker, WV, Davey Wilson of Shenandoah County and Terri Rife of Florida; her grandchildren, Kyra, Dakota, Trinity, Ernest, Morgan, Angel, Joey, Janice and Leah; her great grandchildren, Lyam and Paisley; her nieces, Heather, Haley Hoover, Monica and Terina Wilson; and her nephew Daniel Wilson.
