He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl D. Hinkle and Frances Louise Lloyd Hinkle. He is survived by: his daughter Angie Louise Hinkle Pool (Eric) of New Market; his siblings, Pamela J. Ryman (Orville) of New Market and Earl M. Hinkle (Gwen) of New Market; his stepbrother Don Neely; his granddaughters, Allie Lynn Pool and Taylor Paige Pool; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Proctor (Joe), Jill Lyn Seal (Chris), Matthew E. Hinkle (Tara) and Lee C. Hinkle (Sumer). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
