With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruby Irene Hamilton Rinker of New Market, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 18, 2024 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Hamilton and Effie Moomaw Hamilton; her husband Luther Edgar Rinker; and her sisters, Frances Will, Louise Moomaw and Estella Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Rinker (Linda) of Jacksonville, David Rinker of New Market and Sonia West (William, Jr.) of Annandale, Virginia; her grandsons, William West III, David West and Troy Rinker, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Troy Rinker, III and Ava West.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dellinger Funeral Homes (5597 Main St, Mt Jackson, VA 22842). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
