It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Carroll Orndorff of New Market, Virginia, born in Mount Jackson, Virginia, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loring Orndorff and Hilda Orndorff; and his wife Grace Louise Wastler Orndorff of Thurmont, MD. He is survived by: his brother Beverly Orndorff of Richmond, VA; his children, Joyce Roberts (Matthew) of North Carolina and Randall Orndorff (Jacqueline Malvaiz) of Leesburg, VA.; and his grandchildren, Jacob Roberts (Wendy), Turner Orndorff (Kat Orndorff) and Zarea Brunick.
