She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cletus Gochenour and Linda Day Gochenour; her husband George Allen Simmons; and her brother Leon Gochenour. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Ann Simmons of New Market, Lisa Ann Ritchie (Bruce) of New Market and Michael Allen Simmons (Krystal) of New Market; her sister Patsy Witmire (Richard) of Broadway; her grandchildren, Brandon Freeman (Tiffany), Stephanie Bowers (Blake Rice), Caleb Clinedinst, Christopher Strawderman, Nathan Strawderman (Afton), Courtney Ritchie and Evan Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Branch Freeman and Ivy Strawderman.
