We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2021, at the age of 82, Peggy Ann Finch of New Market, Virginia, born in Alexandria, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Jacob and Mary Louise Millner Lohr; her husband JD Finch; her son Anthony Collins; her stepson Stephen Finch; and her sister Patricia "Patsy" L. Baker.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Ruprecht (Ainen Hadj) of Maryland; her stepchildren, Daniel Finch of Maryland and Delores Finch of Maryland; her nieces, Sharon, Emily, Elizabeth and Jessica; and her nephew Douglas. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren, 8 step great grandchildren, 1 step great great grandchild.
