He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Sprouse and Vera Massie Sprouse; and his siblings, Hersey, Lynnwood Sprouse, Louise Nicome and Christine Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Gregory; his children, Vickie Polk (Marvin) of Quicksburg, Tammy (Paul Shoremount), David Sprouse (Anna) of Broadway and Mark Sprouse (Kathleen) of Stuarts Draft; his grandsons, Daniel Shoremount (Sarah), Joey Shoremount, Austin Sprouse and Patrick Sprouse; his siblings, Eugene, Sylvester, Fred Sprouse, Doris Wright, Lula Mae Weeks and Vivian Dunsmore; and his pets, Lady, Princess and Kitty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
