She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Raines; and her siblings, Maggie Raines Williams, Carrie Morris, Helen Raines, Joe Raines, Jack Raines and Charles Raines.
She is survived by: her parent Annie Marshall Raines; her spouse Edward "Ed" Garber; her children, Charlie Garber and Jennifer Bennett; her grandchildren, Haley, Carley, Darcey Bennett, Cliff, Clay and Quinn Garber; and her sisters, Nancy Byrd of Harrisonburg, Mary Sepulveda of Pensacola Fl, Ellen Blose of Harrisonburg and Ruth Smith of Augustine Fl.
