She was predeceased by: her parent Ellnora C. Senger; her husband Jeffrey McCarthy; and her aunt Betty Senger. She is survived by: her children, Cristina Bowman of New Market and Jonathan Smith; her grandchildren, Ka'leah Smith and Brynleigh Hensley; and her pet Bridget.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service - Bridgewater (208 S Main St, Bridgewater, VA 22812).
