He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Emanuel and Vera Myers Derrow; his daughter Brenda Derrow; and his siblings, Carroll Derrow, Lorraine Gooden, Warren Derrow and Evelyn Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel V. Price; his children, Greg Derrow (Lisa), Jeff Derrow (Charity), Christine Derrow (Chris Blair) and Richard Derrow (Karmen); and his grandchildren, Cally Lambert (Carla), Trenton Lambert (Juli), Preston Lambert (Melissa), Alli Hurst (Dennit), Luke Michaels (Annika), Emily Whistleman (Jacob), Stormy Stoneburner (Justin), Hunter Messick (Kirk), Danielle Lambert, Jared Lambert (Katie), Coty Derrow, Ty Derrow and Lexi Derrow.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home Chapel (3173 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
