He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Orebaugh and Elizabeth Garber Orebaugh Frontz; and his former wife Eva Hanson. He is survived by: his spouse E. Burwell Neale; his children, Christine Orebaugh of Las Vegas, NV, Errol Orebaugh of Richmond, Rhonda Orebaugh of New Market and Catherine Janning of Chesterfield; his stepchildren, Adam Rucker of Winchester, Jason Rucker of Arlington, J. M, Anne Preston Neale of Grottoes and Katherine Deavers of Tampa, FL; and his brothers, Lanny of Timberville and Douglas Orebaugh of Timberville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Timberville Church of the Brethren; 145 Church Street Timberville, VA 22853.
