She is survived by: her husband Johnny; her sons, John (Amy) and Ricky (Dawn); her grandchildren, Ashley Pence (Logan), John Thomas III (Caline), Codey Thomas (Caitlyn), Colby Thomas and Carly Thomas; her siblings, Linda Shifflett, Gary Wine and Guy Wine III; and her caregivers, Crystal Mongold, Carla Custer, Gale Baker and Debbie Patton. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
