He was predeceased by: his parents, Minor Alvin Rinker and Eunice Hepner Rinker; and his siblings, Judith Hildebrand and Alvin Rinker. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Kipps Rinker; his daughters, Amie Rinker Munson (Tom) of Crozet and Rebecca Rinker Seiler of New Market; his sister Gloria Rupert of Gainesville, GA; and his grandchildren, Whitney Munson, Parker Munson, Madison Seiler and Dean Seiler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
