He was predeceased by: his stepfather James W. Gorman. He is survived by: his wife Darleen E. Sowers; his parents, Constance M. Gorman and William Bender Sowers Jr. (Mona); his brother Joel M. Sowers (Charmaine); his stepsiblings, Chuck Gorman, Lisa Coates (Ernie) and Pam Lowder (Rick); his half-brother Brian Sowers (Kimberly); and his friends, Mike and Kathy Harrison. He is also survived by one nephew, three nieces; and numerous grandnephews and grand-nieces.
