It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Maxine Ragland of New Kent, Virginia, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter R. Ragland and Mary Feagans Barber; her siblings, Katie Webber and Ronald W. Ragland; and her brother-in-law Walter John Louis, II.
She is survived by: her sisters, Alice Louis of New Kent and Dorothy King of Mechanicsville; her niece Mary Ann Calloway (Bo) of Louisa; her nephew Troy Louis of Henrico; and her pet Hannah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
