It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Brown Piper (New Kent, Virginia), who passed away on August 13, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Piper; and her brother Clinton Brown. She is survived by: her children, Perryann Piper Whitehurst and Robert E. Piper, Jr; and her sister Virginia Vranian. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
