He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Grubbs; and his siblings, Mildred Whealton and Wayne Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Blackburn; his children, Patrick Blackburn Jr. (Jennifer), Angie Naill, Stephanie Blackburn and Jade Barbour (Jay); his siblings, June Phillips (Keith), Jeannie Mack (Keith), Jimmy Grubbs and David Grubbs (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kelsie, Haleigh, Hannah, Kylee, Lucas, Shawn, Wayne, Kristen, Julia, Alyssa, Bella, Lana and Everleigh; and his great grandchild Ryder. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, in-laws and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Lung Association.
