He is survived by: his girlfriend Rachel Toward; his pet Jeezy; his parents, John Zaprazny and Tina Zaprazny; his brother Tyler Zaprazny; his grandmother Dorothy Staniuf; his uncles, David (Pam) and Donald (Ann); and his aunt Phyllis.
