James Dennis Ward Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2022, at the age of 94, James Dennis Ward of New Kent, Virginia, born in Highland Springs, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Ward and Julia Cary Haynes Ward; and his sister Ann Ward Hockaday. He is survived by: his daughter Harriet Ward Gavin; and his grandsons, Ward Fisher Gavin, Navy (Lindsey Cichocki) and Cary Suiter Gavin. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Providence Forge Presbyterian Church or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
