He was predeceased by: his parent Ashton Howard; his son Gerald Dwight Wilcox II; and his siblings, Donald Wayne and Shirley Dean. He is survived by: his wife Lois; and his children, Karen Timpa (Joe), Renee Manning and Rock Wilcox. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
