He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Candler and Barbara Candler. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Candler; his brother Randy Candler (Tammy); his children, Kirk Stell (Sharon) and Freda Stell (Shane); his grandchildren, Trista, Nichole, Dane (Chastity), Zeke, Maddie and Zach; and his uncle Walter Clark of Lynchburg. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, a train load of cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Victory Baptist Church (6313 Clover Ln, Richmond, VA 23228).
