He was predeceased by: his wife Muriel Atkins Brown; and his daughters, Cenia Brown and Nedra Lindsey. He is survived by: his son Earl W. Brown Jr. (Rita); his grandchildren, Ashleigh "Pudiecake" Patterson (Jason), Quentin Brown and Alicia "Snoop" Brown; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Elijah Patterson; and his son-in-law William Lindsey. He is also survived by three brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law and a host of other relatives and friends.
