We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2021, at the age of 91, Dorothea Lowry Minor of New Kent, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Minor, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Michael Minor and Leslie Minor; and her granddaughter Alicia Minor. She is also survived by one great-granddaughter; three nephews; and two nieces.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Northside Baptist Church.
