He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Ann Toney; and his parents, Garland Toney and Mildred LaRue. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Moody (Mark), Sandra Toney, David Toney, Jr. (Alison) and Barbara Toney; his grandchildren, Eddie Davis, Jessie Owen (Veronica), Chelsea Toney (Logan), Tommy Francis IV and William Reinhardt III; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Via-Toney, Konnor Davis, Jack Hicks and Ember Davis. He is also survived by brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, cousins, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, and dear friends.
