He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Mitchell Hammond, Sr. and Altha; his former wife Joyce Bishop; his brother Stan Hammond of Mechanicsburg, PA; his wife Barbara of New Kent, VA; his siblings, John Hammond of State College, PA, Sharon Bassett (Brian) of Petersburg, PA and Mary Anderson of Oakton, VA; his nephews, Tom Hammond of State College, PA, Ed Hammond of Mechanicsburg, PA and Brad Rosenberg of Culpeper, VA; his niece Ruth Hammond of Mechanicsburg, PA; and his great-nephews, Mitchell, Lex and Kol.
Keeping with CDC guidelines, those attending the service are asked to wear masks and observe social distancing.
