He is survived by: his father Benny Welton Armstrong of Churchville; his spouse Gail McCormick; his family Virginia; his daughters, Kylie Wooddell (Brandon) of Mount Sidney and Abigail Mize (Jake) of Chapin; his grandchildren, Easton, Lainey Wooddell, John Luke and Shepherd Mize; his brothers, David Armstrong (Julie Wales) and Jim Armstrong of Swoope; his stepsisters, Nina Armstrong and Connie Fink; his aunts, Betty Beverage and Nellie Armstrong; his parents-in-law, Charles and Carolyn McCormick of Williamsville; his sister Tammy; his brother-in-law Jay Gallimore of Waynesboro; his nephews, Hunter and Forrest; and his niece Melody. He is also survived by his wife and father, surviving family members.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St Paul's Church (2000 Shutterlee Mill Rd, Staunton, VA 24401). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
