She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bostic and Betty Harry Bostic. She is survived by: her husband Gary Shires of New Castle; her son Adam Shires (Emily Berry); her grandchildren, Katie Berry of Roanoke, Forest Berry of Roanoke and Michael Berry of Roanoke; and her sister Tina Price of New Castle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
