He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Willard Ferguson and Nancy Louise Walton; his grandparents, Jack, Helen Walton, Clyde and Halloween Ferguson; and his stepmother Shirley Ferguson.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley "Beth" Ferguson; his daughter Danielle Renee Ferguson; his stepson Matthew Foley; his brother Jerry Ferguson (Heather); and his nephew Carter Ferguson. He is also survived by many cousins and a large extended family.
