She is survived by: her father Ephram David LaPrad; her husband Mick Brizendine; her children, Olivia LaPrad and Jesse Brizendine; her daughters-in-law, Danielle Brizendine (Matthew Brizendine) and Jessica; her granddaughter Harley; her siblings, Angel Hedge (Chuck) and Wiley Francisco; her stepsister Teanna Hutton (Joey); her sister-in-law Rachelle LaPrad; her nieces and nephews, Cole Hedge, Grace Hedge, Noah LaPrad, Trevyn Francisco, Tyra Hutton and Jayla Hutton; and her parents-in-law, Lloyd and Carole Brizendine.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Grace Assembly Youth Ministry.
