It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremiah Lester of New Castle, Virginia, born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on August 5, 2020, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Linda Simmons (Roger) and Michael Lester (Kathy); his son Andrew Lester; his sister Emily McConnell (Jim); his nieces, Brighton, Catherine and Quinn McConnell; his stepsisters, Holly and Kelly Brickey; and his close friend Martha Surface. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and dear friends.
A private graveside service will be held on Monday, August 10, 2020. lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Jeremiah to the Roanoke Rescue Mission.
