With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harvey Keene of New Castle, Virginia, who passed away on October 29, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Keen and Rosetta Underwood Keen; and his siblings, Gracie Boggs, Bessie Mullins, Betty Jane Jones, Carmia Horn, Edna Horn, Robert, Creed, Bobby and Jarvey Keen.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Keene; his children, Randy Keene, David Abbott, Barbara Huffman (Bruce) and Teresa Scarberry (Robbin); his grandchildren, Natasha Abbott, Olivia Wolf, Keiffer Abbott, Autumn Huffman, Summer Huffman, Allyson Scarberry, Daniel Scarberry and Brianna Scarberry; and his sisters, Gladys Church of Bandy, Virginia and Mary Adams of Raysal.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home of Tazewell (870 W Main St, Tazewell, VA 24651). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
