She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Cook; her son Mark A. Cook (Valory); her grandchild Steele; her son Joseph L. Cook (Teresa); her grandchildren, Josiah of Charleston and Maddison of Charleston; and also Jerry L. Warner of Charleston.
