He was predeceased by: his father Garland Bell; and his sister Mary Frances Bell. He is survived by: his mother Freda Bell; his wife Alice Bell; his sister Vicky Newberry; his daughter Sara Louden; his son-in-law Michael; his grandchildren, Hanani, Thea, Lydia, Samuel, Jesse and Levi Louden; his daughter Margaret Bell; his grandson Cooper Bell; and his stepchildren, Ralph Anderson and Patricia Woodfin.
