It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Ayres Harrison of Nelsonia, Virginia, born in Greenbush, Virginia, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lillie Anne Mister Harrison; his parents, George Werner Harrison and Frances Ayres Harrison; his brother Werner "Brooks" Harrison; and his great grandchild Joshua.
He is survived by: his son John "Roderick" Harrison of Nelsonia; his sister Karen H. Cooper (Steve) of Fox Grove; his grandsons, Justin Cameron Harrison and Christopher Hunter Harrison; his great grandchild Jasmine; his niece Monica H. Johnson; and his nephews, Craig Cooper and Jason Cooper.
