He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Franklin Elliott and Jessie Gordon Elliott; and his sister Mary Jane Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Griffin Elliott; his sons, Ricky Elliott (Janice) of Nelson and Andy Elliott of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Aidyn Kelly and Rylee Elliott; and his brother Mac Elliott (Jenny) of Clarksville.
In lieu of flowers, Richard's family asks that donations be made in his name to the Clarksville Volunteer Fire Department or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
