She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hopson and Maurice Hopson; and her siblings, Johnny Riddick, Donald Hopson, Otelia McCoy, Claude Hopson, James Hopson, Carl Hopson and Wayman Hopson.
She is survived by: her husband Nelson Bass; her daughters, Angela Ligon (Edmund), Carolyn McGee (Percy) and Mary Bass; her brothers, Harry Hopson (Mattie) and Levi Hopson; and her sisters-in-law, Zethro Harris, Annie Pearl Hall and Wilena Hopson. She is also survived by seven grand- children, four great-grandchildren.
