He is survived by: his parents, Shirley Lynn Portee Pena and Brian Jennings; his children, Dylan, Dustin Layne and Kyle; his siblings, Tonya Davis (Thomas), Sheryl Layne, Toshia Fields (William), April Mejorado Cuevas, Floyd Layne (Rosalynn), David Layne (Alisha) and Owen Layne (Amanda); his sister-in-law Lindsay Crews; and his stepfather Owen Junior Layne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
