Brizendine of Nathalie Three; his grandchildren, Michael Brizendine (Donna), Travis Mullins (Leslie) and Laurie Mullins (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Madelynn Davis, Bailey, Hank and Kimmy Brizendine; his nieces and nephews, Bobby Brizendine, Brenda Womack, Linda Waller, Danny Brizendine and Pam Vernon Host; his former wife Annie Marie Davis Brizendine; and his siblings, Frank W. Brizendine, Jr., Lacy M. Brizendine, Jessie E. Brizendine and Bennie E. Brizendine.
