He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Edward Moore, Sr. and Elsie Lewis Moore; his wife Sophia Ann Fisher Moore; and his brother Louis E. Moore, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Lonnie C. Moore, Jr. (Mary Beth); his grandchildren, Lonnie C. "Trad" Moore, III (Brittany) of Nathalie, Lyle Evans Moore (Ashley) of Halifax, Louis Leggett Moore of Richmond and Sophie Elizabeth Moore of Halifax Three; his great grandchildren, Sophia Ann Moore, Emma Grace Moore and Carson Evans Moore; and his sisters, Judy M. Edwards (Charles) of South Boston and Betty Jean Compton (Bob) of South Boston.
