He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Silas Lee Easley and Ella Crews Easley; and his brother Lee Easley. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Easley; his children, Ella Easley of Greensboro, NC and Howard Melvin Easley, Jr.; his stepchildren, LaTasha Coles of Danville, VA, Joshua Coles of Danville, VA, Jamil Coles of Danville, VA and Angela Ferrell of Nathalie, VA; and his brother Tony Easley of Danville, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to the constraints of public gathering during COVID-19 a visitation will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 5-7 PM from Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time, masks are required.
