He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland G. Harvey and Hazel Perham Harvey; and his siblings, Craig Harvey and Marcia Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Kaufman Harvey of Nathalie; his children, Dana Harvey (Tresa) of Front Royal, VA, Dena Baker (Byron) of Chesapeake, VA, Harland Harvey of Nathalie, VA, Jenica Ellenberger (Chris) of St. Pete, FL and Brian Sandman (Mollie); and his brother Gary Harvey of Pasadena, TX. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren.
