He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde A. Hendrick, Sr. and Ida Mae Hendrick; his wife Doris Hendrick; his son Michael Clyde Hendrick; and his sisters, Eoline Habel and Carolyn Puryear.
He is survived by: his son Mark Edward Hendrick of Nathalie; and his brother Richard Hendrick (Betty) of Danville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
