He was predeceased by: his father Chester M. Hazelwood, Sr.; and his wife Wanda Kinsler Hazelwood. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Hazelwood of Halifax and Daryl Hazelwood (Nancy) of Wake Forest, NC; his grandsons, Roman and Kaleb; his sister Anne H. Hunt; his nieces, Angela Hazelwood (Bryant), Lesley Reaves (Daryl) and Staci McNichols (Chris); his sister-in-law Nora Throckmorton (Charles); his girlfriend Priss; and his close friend Luna. He is also survived by 4 great nieces; 3 great nephews; 1 great great nephew.
