He is survived by: his wife Sara Owen Wilkins of Nathalie, One; his children, Carolyn Louise Grove of South Boston, One and Marshall Owen Wilkins (Amanda) of Nathalie Four; his grandchildren, Gracie Grove, Patrick Grove, Hannah Grove and Ivy Wilkins; and his siblings, Owen Wilkins (Pauline) of Alton One and Linda Setzer (Wade) of Drakes Branch, VA.
